The African Inland Church in Narok West has ordained its first woman pastor Elenor Naserian Nchoe.
The newly ordained pastor stated that she has always wanted to be a pastor since she was in elementary school.
“When I graduated from form six in the 1980s, I told my father I wanted to be a pastor, and he wasn’t pleased at first.” But I thank God because God’s timing is perfect, and this is the time that God has deemed appropriate,” Naserian said.
According to her, the introduction of reading and writing classes has enabled the majority of people in the region to read their Bibles.
Narok North MP Agnes Pareiyo stated that she believes women can achieve more just as Pastor Elanor Naserian.
“In recognition of her ordination as the first woman pastor in Narok West.” “I’d like to congratulate her and thank her husband for allowing her to be ordained as a pastor,” said Pareiyo.
