The Registrar Of Trade Unions, Elizabeth Gichehia has reinstated embattled Wilson Sossion as the Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) secretary-general.
This follows a decision by The Labour court to uphold the nominated ODM Member of Parliament’s petition, securing his seat as the rightfully elected head of the teachers union.
The breakaway team led by his deputy Hezborn Otieno, who had filed a request to have Sossion removed from the helm of the teachers union, has since been rumoured to have accepted the decision by the Court.
