Everton Secures Points In Crucial Win Against Chelsea

Everton beat Chelsea to move within two points of the Premier League safety zone thanks to Richarlison’s second-half winner. 

As Cesar Azpilicueta dallied on the ball, the Brazilian was given the opportunity to steal in and finish calmly. 

Mason Mount of Chelsea hit both posts with a 20-yard strike before Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford saved Azpilicueta’s follow-up shot brilliantly. 

With a game in hand on both Burnley (16th) and Leeds (17th), the Toffees have closed the gap to two points.
