Kenyan paparazzi were left hanging after Tanzanian artiste Harmonize snubbed him after waiting for over 5 hours.

The Tanzanian artiste who had been on an East African tour, had just landed from Tanzania, where he had all the time with the media, spoke and performed his new jam ‘Uno’, thereafter throwing a party for them.

Then came Kenya’s time. 11 am was the time, and all crew was ready for the ‘precious interview’. Word then communicated that the presser had been pushed to 3 pm.

At around 3 pm, it was announced that the singer and his management rescheduled it to 7 pm. Owing to the importance of the brief, Kenyan media teams gathered at The Blue Door lounge, in anticipation for the presser.

An hour later, Harmonize arrived at the event, and gave a 3-minute press brief on his new jam ‘Uno’. But we all know that’s not what you want to hear right? So journalists did their thing.

When a journalist threw a question concerning the Wasafi Records (WCB) break up, the artiste shunned the question, further demanding not to be asked about Wasafi. The singer spoke for about three minutes and walked out of the room, ignoring a journalist who was still asking a question.

And to add insult to injury, a journalist asked the artiste’s PR manager concerning a one-on-one interview, only to be interrupted by a big NO by Harmonize. He then stood up and walked away.

On further inquiry of his rude behaviour, it was alleged that Harmonize was late for a TV interview, in which he attended like nothing bad happened.

”Ona huyu”, exclaimed one journalist. Who went on to further state that such arrogant behaviour will be the downfall of the artiste.

“His ego will take him nowhere. I will never cover anything about him, ever again!” he bitterly concluded.
