Festive Season Boom For KQ

The airborne flight KQ 610 from Mombasa to Nairobi on Friday.
The National carrier Kenya Airways did booming business during the festive season.

The season began on 18th December 2019 and is expected to end on 13th January 2020.

The good tidings for the National carrier have been very much boosted by President Uhuru Kenyatta’s continued stay at Mombasa.
Uhuru is running the Government from State House Mombasa.
This means various Government Cabinet Secretaries, PS”s, Security Chiefs and other honchos must fly down for consultations, boosting the local airlines.

During the festive season, a return ticket to Mombasa and Kisumu was costing close to Sh. 50,000. And they were fully booked.

Also fully booked are SGR daily trains to and from Nairobi. All the business and economy class tickets are booked.
