Two Form two Students have been arrested by police in Eldama Ravine, Baringo County, on suspicion of killing a 24-year-old businessman last week.
According to Koibatek police chief Joseph Ongaya, the businessman’s body was thrown into FTC Dam last Thursday.
Further, police said that one of the students was captured by locals on Monday night while fleeing Nakuru in a matatu and is being held at the Central Police Station.
Mr Ongaya stated that the deceased was with a friend who was left unconscious during the 11 p.m. attack.
The police chief stated that the investigation team is closing in on the culprits and thanked the locals for providing information that led to the arrest of the three.
