At least four people have been confirmed dead while several others were seriously injured after a bus they were travelling in was involved in a road accident at Gof Chopa area in Marsabit County.
The accident, which involved a PSV bus belonging to Soores Company, occurred Friday, June 14 morning on the Marsabit-Moyale Road.
Confirming the incident, Marsabit County Police Commander Nyambu Mwakio said investigations are underway to establish the cause of the accident.
The injured were rushed to Marsabit County Referral Hospital, where they are receiving treatment.
