BY LYNN KYALO – Four men have been charged with preparation to commit felony contrary to section 308 of the penal code.
On 20th june 2019, The accused persons are alleged to have been found in possesion of police communication radio, a pair of handcuffs, two certificates of appointments bearing the names of service no 235571 IP Daniel ogechi and no 67741 Cpl Harrison Kiplagat with intent to carry out robbery with violence along Thika road, Nairobi county.
Joseph Ngui, Andrew Nzioki, Peter Matata and David Mwangi denied the charges before principal magistrate Hon B.Ombewa.
They were released on a bond Ksh 200, 000.
The case will be mentioned on 19th july and hearing on 18th september
