Frank Asoyo Retains Mr. World Kenya Title

Fashion, beauty and pageantry Frank Asoyo has maintained it all in the last three years as Mr. World Kenya.

Frank was crowned Mr. World Kenya in 2019 and has proceeded to retain that title.

The electrical and electronic engineer who discovered a passion for philanthropy and humanitarian projects has been spreading a breast cancer awareness program among men.

“When you win Miss or Mr. World Kenya, the only time you get to hand over is after you represent Kenya in Mr. World pageant. The event has never been organised since I was crowned in 2019,” Asoyo, who spoke to a journalist, said.

The fashion designer commented on his beauty with a purpose project to raise breast cancer awareness in men, a project he credits the pageantry for providing a platform to drive.

His Beauty with a purpose project revolves around the loss of his Dad who succumbed to Metastatic breast cancer in 2017.

It is for this reason that he decided to contest for Mr. World Kenya in the hope that it will provide a platform for him to push his ‘Fight against cancer’ agenda.

Frank has been a model since his days in campus, he was a student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) where he graduated with a Second Class Upper Division in Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Frank’s first major achievement in modeling came while he was still a student at JKUAT, he contested for Mr. JKUAT 2018 and won.
