“Residents are forewarned to adhere to weather and flood alerts to avert more injuries and fatalities.”

This comes after Dr. Mwaura on Friday noted that three more people had succumbed to the ongoing floods in the country, taking the death toll of the El Nino rains since they began in October to 168.
