The Makueni County Government has launched a campaign to promote domestic tourism, highlighting the region’s tourist attraction sites.
During the drive, dubbed ‘Makueni Tourism Circuit’, county officials from the Tourism department toured and showcased several sites alongside tour operators, including hotels and country lodges.
Some of the other touristic sites in the county include Makongo Viewpoint, Ilovoto Waterfall, Yatta Plateau, Kisyula Caves, Chyulu Hills, and Tsavo National Park.
