Diamond and Harmonize for quite a while now have not been in good terms , Konde Boy resigned from Wasafi records and went to form his own record label Konde Gang following issues they had. – By Stephanie Mwangi.
Harmonize however at the beginning of the year, decided to let all the hate and anger go and he took to Instagram to confess his undying love and respect for Diamond despite their murky history.
He says he will always be grateful to Diamond for discovering him and making him a star and that he will always love and respect him as his elder brother.
“Speaking this from the bottom of my heart I love you bro ,it’s a new year 2021 ,thank you for changing my life ,you are the only person who saw the gold in the dust ,today I am well known in Eastern Africa because of you , the love is forever my brother ,everything I did was to make you proud ,don’t get me wrong just sit alone and ponder on it and you will truly understand what I mean ,you are a legend stay cool .the konde boy and Konde Gang love you .big brother .”
Barely 3 months before, Harmonize released a song dubbed ‘Mshamba’ which people speculate was a diss aimed at Diamond. Diamond didn’t respond and went on making hit songs, including ‘Wah’, a collabo with Koffi Olomide that recently got President Uhuru Kenyatta on his feet.
Many of the fans and many people in Tanzania were happy that he swallowed his pride and made the bold move to apologize publicly
