Hotel Manager Wanted Over Rape and Murder Of A Young Waitress

Celebrities and almost every Kenyan is demanding justice after a 24-year-old Velvine Nunari Kinyanjui was allegedly killed by her ‘date’– By Stephanie Mwangi.

According to her close friends, the late youngster was allegedly raped and left unconscious by a man she met at her work place.

Medical reports indicate that she was found unconscious in a lodging with a broken spine, and her private parts sustaining cervical fractures.

She was later rushed to Kenyatta Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

‘Vesh’ was a waitress at Destiny Garden, where she met with one Antony Njenga and they both allegedly agree to go for drinks after her shift was over.

Her friend, who narrated the ordeal, said she skipped the date out of the current curfew regulations in place but later became concerned when she didn’t show up the next day.

The next day, the lady traced the hotel, Sinnot hotel where she confirmed that they had seen her go up to one of the rooms.

After several door knocks went unanswered, the hotel management forced their way in, and found her lying down on the bed unconscious. Vesh was rushed to the nearby Kenyatta University Hospital.

Antony Njenga is said to be the manager of the Sinnot Hotel where she was raped, and assaulted.

Usikimye, a community organization against sexual and gender-based violence has called on police authorities to have the manager arrested for rape and murder charges.
