A housekeeper has been charged in a Kibera court with forcing a four-year-old girl to touch her private parts.
Lilian Kamene Daudi was charged before Kibera Chief Magistrate Ann Mwangi, where she refuted the charges.
According to the charge sheet, the offense was committed on unknown dates between April 2021 and June 2022 at Exeter court Kilimani area in Dagoreti Sub-county within Nairobi County.
She was also charged with intentionally and unlawfully using her finger/tongue to penetrate the private parts of J.S.A, a four-year-old child.
The accused was also charged with committing an indecent act with a child in violation of Section 11(I) of the Sexual Offences Act.
While in court, the accused stated that the offense was made up.
According to the court documents, the matter was revealed after the minor cried out loudly during the nightmare, pleading with the accused person’s ‘aunty’ to spare her.
She was released on a bond of Ksh 200,000 with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 100,000.
