BY FAITH MUTETE – Undertones have filled kenya’s streets as people question a move by the police to have Davis Mwabili (popularly know as Inspekta Mwala) emcee a joint strategic plan event.
The popular actor cum radio presenter was involved in a case, where he knocked down and killed a civilian at the night of August 26.
The National Police Service in partnership with Police Service Commission is launching a strategic plan to better the boys in blue, and improve the lives of Kenyans.
In attendance is the interior cabinet secretary DR.fred Matiangi who was the chief guest.
