ICT Chief Administrative Secretary nominee, Dennis Itumbi skips court hearing and claims his life is in danger.
Itumbi through his Lawyer, Katwa Kigen has informed Court that he was advised by security agencies to stay away from Nairobi during the demonstration.
Dennis Itumbi was to appear in court today for the hearing of a forgery case where he is accused of faking Ruto’s assassination letter at La Mada Hotel in Nairobi.
However, he informed Court that his attempts to reach court could not bear fruits due to the high tension in Nairobi over the Azimio La Umoja Mass Action.
