Justin Bieber’s sexual assault lawsuit will be settled in private.
In March 2014, a woman identified only as Danielle accused the 27-year-old singer of sexually assaulting her at a Four Seasons Hotel in Texas, and he responded by filing his own defamation lawsuit against her.
According to records acquired by RadarOnline.com, Justin and Danielle agreed to work out the lawsuit in private mediation at a status meeting with Judge Terry Green last month.
After they claimed he sexually attacked them, Justin sued Danielle and a second complainant called Kadi for $10 million in damages.
When the ‘Yummy’ hitmaker originally refuted the charges, he also offered proof that he was elsewhere at the time of the first claim, and that he had “indisputable documented evidence” to establish both sexual assault claims are “outrageous, concocted lies” in his court case.
Danielle had claimed she was sexually assaulted in a Four Seasons Hotel room in Austin, TX after a music event on March 9, 2014, but Justin could prove that while he was in the city on the date of the alleged incident, he didn’t stay at the Four Seasons Hotel or even have a room there, and was with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez at the time.
Instead, Justin, who is married to Hailey Bieber, believes Danielle made up her claims based on public reports that he dined at the Four Seasons Restaurant on March 10, 2014.
