More than 135 liters of changaa were last evening intercepted in Kabete area as the brew was being transported from Western Kenya to the city.
The drink was in a bus and had been wrapped in plastic bags.
Three suspects were arrested in the operation.

Police say such drinks are usually transported to the city where there is huge market.
Hundreds of liters of changaá are illegally transported daily to the city moreso slum areas.
