Moses Wambua Nzioki, a Kakuyuni businessman, was discovered dead inside his house this morning in Kituneni village, Kangundo.
The businessman had returned from his butchery in Kakuyuni.
His body was discovered early in the morning by other family members in his house, the door still open, with deep cuts on the head and the motive of the attack unknown.
Police from Kakuyuni Station arrived and took the body to the Kangundo Hospital Mortuary as the investigation began.
His family lives in Makueni, where his wife works.
