Dagoretti Sub-County Police Officers acting on intelligence have arrested one suspect at the Delta Petrol Station in Kawangare 46 in possession of a homemade pistol.
During the search, police discovered several items, including a Nokia mobile phone suspected of being stolen, a tear gas grenade, a Samsung Tablet, and a machete, among others.
The male adult suspect was apprehended and detained pending arraignment.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the suspect and his male accomplice, who is still at large, are connected to an earlier robbery that occurred this morning and was reported to Waithaka Police Station.
