All things set in preparation for the presidential elections petition at the Supreme Court of Kenya sitting at Milimani Law courts.
The Supreme Court of Kenya has prepared the largest court room in the Country at Milimani Law courts in Nairobi to be used during the prosecution of any Presidential Election Petition.
This preparation takes cognizant in case any of the three Presidential Election candidates who lost in the August 9,2022 polls was aggrieved with the results.
The apex Court in the Country has also set a sub registry at Forodha House adjacent to the said Court to be used for filing of any Petition.
