After a two-week dispute with the UAE on Covid-19 certificates, Kenya has lifted the seven-day suspension on passenger flights to Dubai.
According to the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, the restriction was lifted on January 24.
The restriction, which was imposed on January 10, had no effect on cargo planes, which continued to operate normally.
Kenya and Dubai failed to reach an agreement on the restriction last week, with Kenya requesting that Dubai withdraw its ban on flights from Kenya first, followed by Nairobi.
