Kenyan Car Dealer Arrested With Cocaine Worth Sh 532 Million

A Kenyan business man has been arrested at Katunayake International Airport for attempting to smuggle four kilogrammes of cocaine into the country.

According to Sri Lanka Customs, the drugs are worth more than Rs. 300 million (532 Million)

The suspect landed in Sri Lanka from Doha, according to Customs Spokesperson Sivali Arukgoda.

He had attempted to leave the nation using the ‘green channel,’

‘Green lane’ is normally for passengers who have no Customs procedures, but random checks, including luggage scans and physical examinations, might be undertaken if necessary.
