BY FAITH MUTETE – A video sent by a standard seven pupil has gone viral and is bringing up all kinds of emotions.
In the video, the student from Consolata Primary School is seen and heard using provocative and obscene language to warn and threaten a Standard four pupil at the school.
The student expresses his anger claiming that the standard four pupils referred to him as gay. After the video went viral on Sunday a number of parents and citizens at large have raised their concerns on how children should be raised up.
Later on, the pupil in question pulled down the video and offered his apologies in another video saying
“I know it was not right for me to use the vulgar language and I apologize. On my part I know I overreacted and for that am sorry… To the public, to everyone and the teachers and my school, I am really sorry and am asking for forgiveness.’
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have said they will not press any charges for the pupil needs guidance from his parents and teachers.
Kenyans however, took to social media to condemn the upbringing of the standard seven pupil.
