Kenyatta University partners with KENHA to boost local engineering students

Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) senior management has entered into a partnership with the Kenyatta University to create opportunities for young Engineers – By Gerald Gekara.

Led by Director-HPD, Eng. Samuel Omer the Student Leaders from Kenya University Students Organization (KUSO) discussed a variety of disciplines in which engineers, architects and professionals would engage in local projects.

The Director highlighted some of the ongoing programs that have facilitated training and exposure for students across various disciplines.

KeNHA has a well-structured internship program that sets graduates up for success. Students also have the opportunity to utilize their knowledge through attachments and translate it into a professional setting.

The partnership comes at the backdrop of another MOU between the parastatal and the University of Nairobi.
