Kenyatta University Suspends In-Person Learning

Kenyatta University, is among several colleges and international schools pause physical learning on Monday following Covid-19 mitigation orders.

“Except medical colleges, all other colleges will remain closed from Monday and the classes moved online as we did in the first wave until further orders,” Kiama said.

Education for other classes will be moved online, as the candidates continue to sit for their exams.

The university has also given an assurance of safe passage out and into the zoned counties.

The school will resume its online schedules on April 6th.

Other learners will report back for the third term, with exception of those in Grade 4 who are awaiting to graduate to Grade 5 in July.

The presidential directive is also expected to affect international school students currently attending in-person teaching and learning.
