The Government has ordered parastals to hold board meetings through tele conferencing until the Corona threat is eradicated.
Head of Civil Service Joseph Kinyua says only CEOs and respective Chairman should attend the meeting for coordination purposes.
Only sitting allowance will be paid during such meetings.
Parastatals involved in state security functions are barred from contacting board meetings via conference.
