Accounting officers, parastatal chiefs, and heads face the sack over Covid 19 protocols.
Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua says parastatal officials will be held personally liable if their office premises are not fumigated or their juniors are exposed to Covid-19.
“Those who contract the virus must stay aware until the Ministry of Health issues them with a certificate”, the circular said.
Conversely, once cleared, those who stigmatize them will be prosecuted, Kinyua said. The Government has placed public officers who fail to comply with Covid 19 regulations on notice.
