Kioni Begins Campaigns To Revive Jubilee

Kioni stated on social media that the leaders reaffirmed their loyalty and commitment to Azimio.

Jeremiah Kioni, the secretary general of Jubilee, has stated that the party is planning a revival in the Mount Kenya region.

Kioni made the remarks on Thursday after meeting with Jubilee leadership from Nyeri county and announcing the party’s plans to hold people’s baraza meetings.

Kioni stated on his social media page that the leaders reaffirmed their loyalty and commitment to Azimio.

“Earlier this evening, we held a meeting with Nyeri county Jubilee Party leaders who affirmed their loyalty and commitment to Azimio,” he said.

Kioni’s decision to meet with Nyeri Jubilee leaders comes after President William Ruto and Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua hosted Jubilee leaders at the State House a few days ago.

Several key members of the party, including Kanini Kega and Sabina Chege, attended the meeting.

Kioni previously stated in a media interview that the party performed poorly in the last election due to constant rigging and mistreatment of their agents.
