Police in Kisii are investigating an incident where a 40-year-old man died by suicide.
The incident occurred in Nyangeni village, Bosongo, Kisii Central.
The deceased was found hanging from the roof of his bedroom.
“He got home and requested that we prepare a meal for him and pack it. He then left for the bedroom,” his daughter told police.
The body was taken to Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary.
