Leigh who is 29 years old is a star from the little mix who fronts a BBC documentary that talks about racism in the music industry, and she felt something was wrong because all her band members were included in the list and she was not.
“there was one time when a radio station, they were doing sexist female, they would do it every year and all the other girls had been nominated every single year except from me,
Racism is in every single industry, there needs to be more diversity in every work place, for me diversity is just so important, and I want my children to be able to watch TV and see themselves and at the minute it’s not good enough.”
Earlier this, month she unveiled her pregnancy with Andre.
