Liquid Intelligent Technologies Appoints New Kenya CEO

By Michelle Ndaga

Liquid Intelligent Technologies has appointed Neeraj Pradhan as the new Chief Executive Officer for its Kenyan operations, reinforcing the firm’s strategic push to expand digital infrastructure and services across the country.

The announcement was made today, signalling continuity in leadership following a recent restructuring of the company’s East African operations.

According to Liquid, Neeraj joined in 2016 as General Manager of Sales, steadily ascending through key leadership roles. Following his appointment as Acting CEO in March 2025, during which he successfully oversaw the company’s strategic, operational, and commercial direction, he has now been confirmed as CEO.

Nareej said he will spearhead innovation and push forward the company’s ground-breaking tech offering, the GPUaaS.

“Liquid has always been at the forefront of delivering innovative, reliable, and scalable technology solutions across Africa, and now, through Cassava Technologies, we’re establishing Africa’s first network GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) offering. I’m honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility of leading Kenyan operations of the company, and look forward to working with our talented team, partners, and customers as we build on this strong foundation and deliver world-class digital infrastructure and technology solutions for businesses and communities across the country,” said Neeraj.

The new CEO is expected to oversee business growth, broadband expansion, and investment in data and connectivity solutions in Kenya, a critical market for the firm’s regional strategy.

According to company sources, the appointment aligns with ongoing efforts to strengthen corporate governance, accelerate service delivery, and enhance Kenya’s digital ecosystem. Analysts say leadership stability is essential for maintaining investor confidence and executing large-scale projects in telecommunications, cloud computing, and enterprise IT services.

The move is likely to support the expansion of internet access, enterprise solutions, and regional digital services, reinforcing Kenya’s role as a hub for tech and telecommunications in East Africa.
