Ibrahim Khalie Mohammed was today arraigned in Kibera law courts with charges of indecent act with a 9-year-old boy.
Mr. Khalie was presented before senior resident’s magistrate Renee Gitagwa.
It was said that on February 23rd the accused who is a spiritual leader at Al Rahman Madrassa School in Halai estate, South C, touched the penis of the minor.
Khalie however pleaded not guilty as charged and requested for lenient bond terms. The magistrate on duty released him on Sh300, 000 bond.
His case will be heard on May 7th, 2020.
