A middle-aged man was today arraigned in Kibera law courts for possessing 25 grams of bhang, valued at Sh2, 050.
Mr. Farah Abdukar who appeared before Senior Resident’s Magistrate Renee Gitagwa, pleaded not guilty.
Mr. Farah was arrested on February 28th, in Westlands area by officers on patrol. He was released on Sh20, 000 cash bail.
Abdukar will be presented in court for pretrial on March 16th in preparation for his case to be heard on May 26th, 2020.
