A man has appeared today for defense hearing where he is accused of defiling children aged 4 years.
Mr. Philip Omuya, whoresides at Kawangware in Nairobi County, is alleged to have committed the offense on the 27TH of January 2018.
Philip denied the charges, instead insisting that the case was a setup from the kids’ parents.
He will appear again on 31 January for the judgment
