BY LYNN KYALO – One man has been charged of theft at the Kibera law courts.
The accused is alleged to have stolen ksh 2.2million from a black mercedes car reg no. KBU 454X that was parked at the MP Shah parking yard by breaking through the left passenger’s window on 25th june 2019.
The car belonged to Mr David Ngaroiye.The accused however denied charges before magistrate Hon.F.Mutuku.
He was released on a bond of 1million.The case will be mentioned on 8th july 2019 and the hearing will be on 11th september 2019.
