BY BONIFACE MUUSYA – Kenya and Tanzania will meet for the first time in history in the Africa Cup of Nations today at 11pm in their second match of Group C. The two sides lost to a scoreline of 2-0 to Algeria and Senegal in the group opener match and the pair will be keen to bounce back when they face each other. A long-running rivalry between these two sides with 44 previous meetings. Harambee stars have won 20, drawn 14 and Tanzaniahave 14 wins. Ayub Timbe of Kenya has had an impressive performance during StarsAFCON preparation in France however during Algeria’s defeat his efforts were hardly noticed as the whole teamhad a below par.
