BY LYNN KYALO – A Canadian man has been accused of assaulting a police officer at Kibera Law Courts today.
The accused is alleged to have assaulted a police officer on 15th April 2019, at Limuru road-Gigiri area, Nairobi county.
The officer is said to have been on duty during the time of the said obstruction. The accused Mark Lishchynski was arrested on 24th June 2019.
The accused denied charges before kibera magistrate Hon.F.Mutuku.
He was released on a cash bail of ksh50, 000 or a bond of ksh100, 000.
The case will be mentioned on 18th july 2019 and heard on 16th september 2019
