Manchester United has unveiled Raphaël Varane at Old Trafford.

Manchester United’s Premier League season commences on Saturday afternoon against Leeds at Old Trafford.

Raphael Varane’s transfer to United was confirmed and the Frenchman was introduced to fans ahead of today’s kick-off.

Jadon Sancho reported for training on Monday and, despite illness delaying his start for pre-season, he’s in contention to make his United debut.

“Jadon is going to be involved, definitely. He’s had a good week. Unfortunately, he was ill after his holiday and we’ve lost out on a few days of training with him,” Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said at his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon.

United’s opening clash of the season against the West Yorkshire side will see the long-overdue return of fans at Old Trafford and a full capacity of almost 75,000 is expected, which should guarantee an electric atmosphere against historic rivals Leeds.
