Kenya Film Classification Board director, Dr. Ezekiel Mutua has announced a successful operation held in Nairobi, targetting public transport vehicles filming unlicensed Television content.
While giving an update on the state of the crackdown, the stern content regulator announced that the operation had managed to issue out filming licenses to most matatus displaying unlicensed content.

The operation that targetted the screening of ‘explicit content’ in public transport, was held in conjunction with the Police Service.
Mutua reiterated that under the law, no one is exempted, and insisted that the state will do everything to put back sanity on the roads.
He also visited video shops and playstation gaming shops.
