Bill Gates, an American businessman and owner of the Microsoft Corporation, is currently in Kenya where he will participate in a number of public events.
Gates will visit Makueni County on Tuesday and is anticipated to see the governor, Mutula Kilonzo, at his place of business.
The Businessman’s #1 priority in Kenya is healthcare. He is scheduled to stop by the Makueni Mother and Child Hospital, which focuses mostly on providing healthcare to mothers and children, and the Kathonzweni Health Center, where he is anticipated to run across medical volunteers.
Gates would later visit two irrigation-farming farmers in Kathonzweni who are climate change advocates.
On Thursday, November 17, Bill Gates is expected to give a talk on Innovating for Food Security and Climate Change in Africa. The event will be streamed live from the University of Nairobi.
The American businessman is the founder of the Melinda and Gates Foundation, works to help all people lead healthy, productive lives.
