Two people were on Tuesday night burnt to death in a fire incident in Mowlem area, Nairobi County.
The two men were sleeping in their iron sheet made structures when the fire spread through them killing them.
The fire also destroyed several structures leaving the residents homeless.
The deceased bodies were moved to the mortuary as investigations were launched.
Elsewhere in Mathare and Lungalunga slums, several people were left homeless in a fire incident.
Although no injuries were reported, the fire destroyed many structures.
