Youtuber Mungai Eve has denied claims she knows a man in a police uniform, claiming he was in a romantic relationship with her and helped her on her journey to fame.
Speaking to newsrooms, the content creator noted that she had received calls from various people wanting to know the truth.
She revealed that at first, she laughed it off when she saw the clip, but then so many Twitter pseudo accounts started responding to the clip.
Eve revealed that it was unexpected for her to trend on Twitter on such a matter and was to let the issue go, but she felt that her name had been soiled.
The content creator noted that the man was among many others who wanted to ride on her success but that she did not know him.
Eve noted that her lawyers had already sent the man a defamation suit, although he had reached out to her to apologise.
