Yvette Obura has opened up on how her father felt when he realized her daughter is in a relationship with Bahati. – By Stephanie Mwangi.
The dad was shocked because she got pregnant while she was still a student. When she told her father about the pregnancy he ghosted her for a while.
“My dad did not talk to me for two years .he was like you have disappointed me, you are my favorite kid, and you did well in school why did you do this to me?”
“Well whatever happened ,happened by then ,I was in the university already when it happened I had to discontinue .I was so easy with the situation but to him ,being the military cop he was feeling disappointed ,he was like look at your elder sisters nothing like this has happened to them .”
She hails from a polygamous family and she is the last born of 14 kids ,her dad being disappointed by the whole situation he still went on to help her co-parent with Bahati.
But she recently unveiled her new man recently when she attended an interview at a local radio interview.
