Dissatisfied ‘Customer’ Attacks Sex Worker

Mohamed Barak Sam was accused at Makadara Law Courts on January 17 of illegally assaulting and injuring the woman after stabbing her in the chest.

A man in Nairobi has been charged with attacking a sex worker demanding a refund after the sex worker failed to satisfy him.

The sexual pervert is facing assault charges after he was nearly lynched by members of the public at a prostitution den in Majengo, Nairobi, after reportedly stabbing a sex worker with a chisel.

Mohamed Barak Sam was accused at Makadara Law Courts on January 17 of illegally assaulting and injuring the woman after stabbing her in the chest.

Mr Sam was rescued from an irate crowd by police in the nick of time, but he had already suffered terrible injuries throughout his body. He could scarcely stand up in court because of his injuries.

He had gone to meet her while looking for her services. They disagreed, however, when they failed to complete the engagement.

He allegedly requested a reimbursement, although the lady stated in her police report that she had not been paid.

During the ensuing heated altercation, Mr Sam allegedly produced a chisel and stabbed the complainant in the chest before fleeing.

Members of the public eventually discovered him and condemned him to mob justice.

Officers on patrol intervened and transported him to Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), where he was treated and released.

He denied the assault accusation before Senior Resident Magistrate Mercy Malingu, claiming that he suffered broken limps during the incident.

Ms Malingu freed him on Sh10,000 cash bail and ordered that he be returned to KNH for further treatment.
