Kenyan fugitive criminal Mr. Nathan Lyod Ndungu awaiting extradition to Rwanda, has been released on a Bond of Ksh 1Million.
The orders were issued at the Milimani Court, which added that the respondent to deposit his traveling documents to the Court, pending his case hearing on 28, February 2022.
The respondent has been granted five days to comply with the bond terms.
He has been allowed to use his life support machine while in custody as he process his bond.
The respondent’s Lawyer, Dunstan Omari pleaded with the Court to release him on an alternative cash bail a request strongly objected by the Prosecution.
The Court dismissed the application to release him on cash bail.
