The fate of eight Nairobi hospital directors is unknown as shareholders today hold a meeting expected to discuss the ouster of  8 directors  which is causing mayhem at the facility.

According to a report in the Business Daily, the hospital on Monday informed its shareholders about the meeting in a notice sent out by the company secretary after it failed to block the meeting in court.

“This is to let know that the meeting is scheduled to proceed on the said date at 3p.m,” the company secretary Mercy Mbijiwe is quoted to have said.

Over 230 members of the Kenya Hospital Association (KHA) which owns the hospital had drafted a petition seeking to have the removal of the eight directors through the meeting.
