Nairobi Water and Sewerage Association Company Secretary General Elijah Awach has been charged with forgery.
Awach is alleged that on February 12, 2021 in Nairobi with intent to defraud forged a signature on National Executive committee minutes purporting it to have been signed by Ahmed Bashir Mohammed .
He was charged with second count of uttering a false document.
He pleaded not guilty and was released on a cash bail of Kes 200,000.
