A man has been fined 10,000 shillings after pleading guilty to stealing sausages from Naivas Supermarket.

The man Polycarp Bwire pleased guilty to Five packets of choice meat all valued at 1,545 shillings.

He committed the offence on the 21st of this month at Naivas Muindi Mbingu Street.

The prosecution told the court he was Arrested at the exit door by the SGA security personnel and they Established that he is a serial shoplifter having previously been arrested for having stolen various items and released after being warned by the Naivas Supermarket management,
I his mitigation he told the court that he is asthmatic adding that he usually makes profits after selling the stolen items
