Nairobi pastor James Ng’ang’a has been at loggerheads with Kenya Railways over ownership of the land on which his church is built.
According to the government agency, the cleric obtained the land illegally and should vacate unless he is able to provide proof of acquisition.
Ng’ang’a, on the other hand, maintains that he purchased the property from the bank after the individual who had used it as collateral defaulted on a loan.
